Meet the Chef
 
Prior to opening the tearoom, Chef Rivers worked for twenty-nine years with Delta Air Lines as a flight attendant and retired in 2006.  
The following year Linda enrolled in the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Atlanta where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Certificate in Pâtisserie and Baking in 2008.  Prior to graduation, she sharpened her pastry skills as an extern for the highly respected City Café and Bakery in Fayetteville, Georgia.  She had the distinct honor of working with Chef Jorg Schatte, owner of this superb restaurant and German style bakery.  He, along with his professional pastry department, taught her the importance of product consistency, quality and attention to detail.  
Since 2002, Chef Rivers and her family
